These terms govern your access to and use of the ADS Operations website and operations portal (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Accounts

Portal accounts are issued by ADS Operations to clients, staff, and crew partners. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access data outside the scope your role allows.
• Don't upload malware, illegal content, or content you don't have rights to share.
• Don't disrupt, probe, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don't use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

Quotes & services

Quotes generated through the portal are estimates based on the scope provided. Final billing reflects the work performed, including any agreed extra charges. Services performed offline are governed by the engagement contract or purchase order between ADS Operations and the client.

Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the project data, files, and content you submit. You grant ADS Operations the rights needed to host, process, and use that data to deliver the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of ADS Operations.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ADS Operations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the security and integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; ongoing engagement contracts continue to be governed by their own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
